„Ask, and it will be given you; search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives, and everyone who searches finds, and for everyone who knocks, the door will be opened” (Matt 7: 7-8)

Welcome

Welcome to Killarney United Church's website

We sincerely hope that you find help and comfort while researching who we are, what services we might offer, how you might find a spiritual home if you decide to worship with us.

Killarney United  Church has been a presence in Killarney since 1925, when three protestant churches united in order to blend the strengths of many.

Our faith is an affirming and accepting one that offers a church home to all, regardless of need, family structure or sexual orientation.

It is an active and growing church family that welcomes you to worship and extends a hand through community outreach.

Kelvin Campbell Chairman, Church Council

Welcome from our minister Rev. Maria Szabo Berces

It is my pleasure to welcome you on the Website of the Killarney United Church. I believe it is a great achievement in the life of our Church Family that we can take advantage of the Internet in keeping in touch with our members and the whole community.

I would like express many thanks to those who helped us with information, pictures and other valuable contributions in the process, especially Curt Struth and Elaine May. Special thanks to my husband, Attila and to his Hungarian friends Kornel Pocsi and Zsolt Adam as they did the majority of the development work as a donation to our congregation.

This Homepage will provide you with the written form of the messages of each Sunday, so you can follow those even if you missed the Sunday service for some reason. However, the better if you can be present and to experience the benefits of the live worships. Thus we invite you and hope to have you among us on Sundays.

“May the blessing of God be upon you!”

Rev. Maria Szabo Berces

minister
